In Sub-Saharan Africa, over 840 million people remain offline, with less than 30% having reliable internet access.
Digital literacy is rate is significantly low, with only about 1 in 100 young Africans possessing essential ICT skills, especially in rural areas where the gap is wider.
This divide limits opportunity and equity, leaving many African youths behind as the world advances in digital technologies.
